Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer FedEx 2-day shipping. If you spend over $150, you will earn free shipping. Otherwise, we require a flat rate shipping fee of $10.90. Our packages will deliver within two BUSINESS days if ordered by 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Available in all 50 states. Delivery in some rural areas of Alaska and postal codes in Hawaii in 3 business day. FedEx picks up our packages from our store only Monday-Friday. Please consider national holidays and weekend delay times when purchasing your item. xoxo

Online Purchase

 

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned to card within 7 days of the date the shipment arrives. (All sales final on sale items). The shopper is responsible for shipping expenses. Receipt or printed email is required in return package. No cash refund. Jewelry, Bag, Hat, Hair accessories, and sale items are final.

1) If you aren't satisfied with your item, send us an email at [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can approve your return.

2) After you receive approval for the return, ship the item back to our address:

3) All items must be shipped to Tulips and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. We suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return--that way we can process your return faster. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

4) All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. Please allow 7 days from the time your return is shipped for the return to process.
